Responsibilities

 

-Serve as usability expert throughout the product design process

-Advise client on product strategy decisions pertaining to the new design

-Continuously audit for usability as the design team develops the product

-Advise the client and the 3rd party team, suggesting ideas for product improvements

-Provide solutions to roadblocks

-Devise user testing strategy

-Design user testing script and conduct user testing

-Participate and lead meetings on client’s behalf to ensure smooth implementation of new design features

-Advise the client during the GO-LIVE on solutions to challenges

-Ensure the final product addresses original and evolved business requirements
